Mommy & Me CPR Party

Our Mommy & Me CPR Party course is the AHA’s Family and Friends CPR course and is perfect for anyone who wishes to learn the lifesaving skills of CPR.

This course is video led and includes skills practice throughout the course. Skills are taught by using the AHA’s research proven practice while watching techniques, which allows participants to practice on a CPR training manikin while skills are demonstrated in the course video.

In your Mommy & Me course you will learn and practice:

Child CPR and AED and/or Infant CPR (or both)

Mild and Severe Airway Block: How to help a choking Child and/or Infant (or both)
